When you log into your account for the first time, you will notice that questions have been pre-populated for you. 

These questions, and the associated categories, make up the basis for Review Kitty's NPS (Net Promoter Score) rating based on our proprietary algorithm, which allows you to predict future growth.  

However, you will be able to edit these questions and/or create additional questions at any time.  

This article will take you through the following question management functions:

 Questions 

To access questions:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Question 
  3. This will provide you with access to your QR code and question information
  4. Select the upload icon  to share the QR code

Using their smart phone, customers can scan a QR code at the point of their experience to submit feedback that immediately relays issues and customer satisfaction results, including the brand's NPS score, to the Managers App.  

Any "place" where customers interact with a product and/or service provides an opportunity for them to submit feedback, that is reported to management in real-time.  

You will be able to download the QR code to print for placement or send the link directly to the customer via an QR code URL.  

Select the download icon when viewing your QR code, in order to download it; or select the URL link to copy and paste the link, as needed.

Creating New Questions

The ability to create an unlimited number of questions allows a manager to track a variety of service based behaviors that can be adjusted over time, based on real-time customer feedback.  

To create a new question:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Question 
  3. Select Site then select edit icon   next to Question
  4.  hold down the move icon on any question to move it up or down in the list
    • This is the order in which it will appear to the customer when they scan your QR code 

  5. Select +New Question to create an additional question



    • Enter question details
    • Select Save
    • Enter a Category Name
    • Category Type defaults to "Other Question" and cannot be changed 
    • Select Save 
  6. The new question will appear within the list of questions on your Question screen


Modifying Questions

You can edit a question at any time.  Updates to questions will be reflected immediately and will be visible to the customer when they next scan your QR code. 

  Please note that although you can edit the pre-populated questions, you cannot, and should not, delete them.  You can however, modify or delete additional questions that you create.  

To modify an existing question:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Question 
  3. Select Site then select edit icon  
  4.  hold down the move icon on any question to move it up or down in the list
    • This is the order in which it will appear to the customer when they scan your QR code



  5. Select the existing question to make changes
  6. Make desired changes to question details and/or category name
  7. Select Save 
  8. Your updated question(s) will be reflected on your Question screen
