Sites

A "Site" is the location where you conduct your business and collect customer feedback (e.g. Cafe, Restaurant, Boutique, Spa, etc.).  

When you register your account, a site (called "My Store") is automatically created for you.  

This article will take you through the following site management functions:

  • Editing a Site - How to edit site information
  • Locations - How to create and assign locations
  • Tags - How to create and assign tags

Deleting a Site

You can delete a site at any time.  

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon [  ]on the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select your site
  4. Click the more options icon [  ] and Delete
  5. You will be asked to confirm your selection
  6. Click Yes to confirm

  When re-registering after deleting a store, the data and region/tag that were previously registered remain as before.

Editing Site Information

Once a site is created, you will have the option to make edits to site details, location assignment and tag assignments.

To make changes to site information:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon [  ]on the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select your site
  4. Select the edit icon [  ] to the right of Site Information to edit site number and address
  5. Select Save to save changes

Locations

Locations are defined by a group os sites based on the region or area the site is located.  Grouping sites by Location allows a manager to compare and analyze data in detail by group.

Creating Locations

To create a location:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon [  ]on the bottom navigation
  2. SelectLocation
  3. Click the more options icon [  ] and Add a Location
  4. Enter location name and then Confirm

  There is no limit to the number of locations that can be created.  However, a site can be assigned to only one location at a time.

Assigning Locations

To assign a location to a single site:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon []on the bottom navigation
  2. Click  Site
  3. Click the edit icon [  ] to the right of Location
  4. Select the location you want to assign to the site and then Confirm

 If a location hasn't been created when you go to assign a site, you can do so at that time by clicking .  You will be prompted to enter a name and confirm so that you can assign it to the site. 

To assign a location to multiple sites at one time:

  1. From Settings [] clickLocation
  2. Select the location you wish to assign
  3. Click the tag icon [] to the right of Assigned Sites
  4. Check the sites to assign and then Confirm

Tags

Tags are key words you used to describe specific site attributes.  You might use tags to describe location demographics (e.g. University, Movie Theater, Shopping Center) or service provided (e.g. To-Go, Delivery, Dine In).  The use of tags allows a manager to compare and analyze data based on a variety of filters based on the tags created.

Creating Tags

To create a tag:

  1. Navigate to Settings   and click Tag
  2. Click the more options icon [  ] and Add a Tag
  3. Enter tag name and click Submit

  There is no limit to the number of tags you can create and assign to a site.  

Assigning Tags

There are two ways to assign tags.  

To assign a tag to a single site:

  1. From Settings 
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select the site you wish to assign tags to
  4. Select the edit icon [  ] to the right of Tag
  5. Check the tag(s) to assign and then Confirm

 If a tag hasn't been created when you go to assign a site, you can do so at that time by clicking .  You will be prompted to enter a name and confirm so that you can assign it to the site.

To assign a tag to multiple sites at one time:

  1. From Settings [] click Tag
  2. Select the tag you wish to assign
  3. Click the tag icon [] to the right of Assigned Sites
  4. Check the sites to assign and then Confirm
