50-50 Analysis

The 50-50 Analysis report breaks down the contribution of the stores towards the performance of the company. This report will show how balanced your entire company is, by breaking the company into equal parts sorted by sales numbers.

As a simple example, if there are 10 stores in the company, 50-50 report will show how each store contributes to the overall company.

E.g.)

• Company Sales = $1,000,000
• top 5 stores = $700,000
• bottom 5 stores = $300,000

This shows that the top 5 stores contribute 70% towards the company, while bottom 5, contribute 30%. In the real world, this would be an indicator that there is growth opportunity for the bottom 5 stores to contribute more towards the overall company revenue.

50-50 Analysis Report

To run the 50-50 Analysis report:

1. Select the company reports icon  within the bottom navigation
2. Select  50-50 Analysis
3. The report takes all of your sites and breaks out your highest performers to compare their contribution to overall sales against your remaining sites
4. Select the calendar icon  to select a different month
5. Select the export icon   to export the report to a .csv file or to save it as a PDF
