Locations are defined by a group of sites based on the region or area the site is located.

Locations

Grouping sites by Location allows a manager to compare and analyze data in detail by group.

Creating Locations

To create a location:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon [  ]on the bottom navigation
  2. ClickLocation
  3. Click the more options icon [  ] and Add a Location
  4. Enter location name and then Confirm

  There is no limit to the number of locations that can be created.  However, a site can be assigned to only one location at a time.

Assigning Locations

To assign a location to a single site:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon []on the bottom navigation
  2. Click Sites
  3. Click the edit icon [  ] to the right of Location
  4. Select the location you want to assign to the site and then Confirm

 If a location hasn't been created when you go to assign a site, you can do so at that time by clicking .  You will be prompted to enter a name and confirm so that you can assign it to the site. 

To assign a location to multiple sites at one time:

  1. From Settings [] clickLocation
  2. Select the location you wish to assign
  3. Click the tag icon [] to the right of Assigned Sites
  4. Check the sites to assign and then Confirm
