Connection Errors

In order to pull in real-time data, you must be connected to your POS.  In the event that information is changed on the backend (e.g. API credentials), it must be updated within Pegasus in order to maintain your connection.

POS Error Notification

In the event you receive an error message:

  1. Make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the Pegasus app
    • To do this, simple navigate to Settings > Version Information to view which version of the app you are on (e.g. v1.9.1)
    • Then go into your App store to view the latest version (located under What's New)
    • If you have not updated to the latest version, click Update in order to do so
  2. Check that your API information hasn't changed on the POS side
  3. Reenter your API information within Pegasus (or request a quick access code)
