Busy Bunny solution is a complete solution that not only gives you, the manager, control to oversee your employee and their work shifts, but also gives your employees the tools necessary for them work through their shifts.

Busy Bunny Employee app is a free app for the employees that empowers them to:

  • See their shift schedules
  • Accept and deny shift requests
  • Clock in/out
  • Take and end breaks
  • See historical details and reports

Inviting Your Employees

There are a couple of easy ways to get your employees to use the Busy Bunny Employee app to take advantage of the features for you, your employees and your business. 

Option 1: Download directly

Your employees can download directly from mobile store app by searching for "Busy Bunny".

Option 2: Send them an invite

This is an easy way for you to directly send them an invite by following the steps below.

  1. Go to the employee by going to Settings [  ] and selecting employees [  ]
  2. Select and employee to invite
  3. When the employee information is displayed, select Employee App to send an invitation
    • If Employee App is not displayed on the employee record, it means that they are already connected to your site

This will send a unique link for your employee to download and connect with your store.

  For security purposes the links sent to your employee is valid for 48 hours, but don't worry you can re-send as many times as needed.
