The Pay report provides an aggregated view of Daily, Weekly and Monthly pay costs and includes comparative data to track trend over time.

 Pay rates must be entered for each employee in order for costs to calculate. To find out more about setting up pay rates for your employees, see details at Employees.

To run Schedule Card Report

  1. Go to Reports [  ] in the bottom navigation
  2. Click on Pay Report

Navigating in the Report

  • Click the Daily, Weekly or Monthly tabs to view additional metrics.
  • The trend chart shows both current values/trend [BLUE] and the comparison to last period (Day, Week or Month) [YELLOW]
  • You can filter the pay by Site (or all Sites) by selecting the Site on the top right site icon [  ]
  • Click on the pay total and see the breakdown of pay by employee
