An application integration allows two completely different software solutions to work together. 

For example, with Pegasus Reports, once you've established the connection to your POS (Point of Sale), you will have 24/7 access to real time sales and analytics from your mobile device. 

This connection from the Pegasus Reports application to your POS is called integration.     

POS Integrations

Connecting your POS to Pegasus Reports allows you to view your store sales directly on the Pegasus Reports app. 

Given that every POS platform may have a slightly different method of connecting, it is important that you view the articles that are specific to your POS platform.

    Busy Bunny

    Busy Bunny provides a straightforward, on-the-go approach to managing your employee schedules and shifts.  One application is dedicated to the employee and the other is dedicated to the Manager.  While managers can set and oversee employees and their schedules, employees will have direct access to their schedules, past shifts, and requests directly through their mobile device.  

    Busy Bunny's task management feature allows operators to improve efficiency within the workplace by providing an easy, straightforward approach to managing, assigning and tracking tasks.  Managers will save time managing task activity while also being able to hold employees accountable for the work that they are assigned.

    Review Kitty

    Review Kitty provides customers a quick and easy method for reporting issues and providing feedback. Our approach leverages mobility and user-friendliness to make the customer engagement process simple, fast and meaningful.  

    Review Kitty application is for owners and managers to access real time customer feedback to address issues and improve service.  Owners and managers will also have access to meaningful reports that predict future growth and identify areas of improvement.

      We recommend that you create an account for Busy Bunny/Review Kitty BEFORE you attempt to connect either of these solutions to your Pegasus Reports app.

    Connecting to a Solution

    If another solution is available for connection with Pegasus Reports, that solution will be listed within the your site's dashboard or within integration settings.  

      STOP  Have you created a Busy Bunny/Review Kitty account yet?  Be sure you have done so before you attempt to connect them to your Pegasus Reports app.  If you do not, you will be prompted to create an account at that time. 

    To connect from the  Dashboard 

    1. Scroll to the bottom of your site's dashboard to view available solutions
    2. Select from the available solutions
    3. Follow the prompts:
      • Connect Now will connect you to the selected solution
      • Select Confirm


      • The status will update to reflect that you are now connected 
      • To connect to other solutions, select < Integration (top left) which will navigate you back to the integration page

    To connect from within your  Settings

    1. Select the more options icon  within the bottom navigation of the app
    2. Select  Settings
    3. Select  Integrations
    4. Select from the available solutions
    5. Follow the prompts:
      • Connect Now will connect you to the selected solution
      • Select Confirm
      • The status will update to reflect that you are now connected 
      • To connect to other solutions, Select < Integration (top left) which will navigate you back to the integration page

    Once connected

    1. You will be able to see additional details reflected within your site's dashboard
    2. Select a solution tile to navigate to that app for more information

      Make sure you are already logged into the other solution apps to save yourself time when navigating between them.
