Locations are defined by a group os sites based on the region or area the site is located (e.g. NE region, SW region, etc.).

Grouping sites by location allows a manager to compare and analyze data in detail by group.

Creating Locations

To create a location:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Location
  3. Select the more options icon   the select Add a Location
  4. Enter location name
    • You can also assign the location to your site at this time by selecting your site name beneath Sites
  5. Select Confirm

  There is no limit to the number of locations that can be created.  However, sites can only be assigned to one location at a time.

Assigning Locations

To assign a location to a single site:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select Site then select edit icon  next to location
  4. Select Location you wish to assign
  5. Select Confirm

  You must first create locations before they can be assigned to sites.
