Within the Busy Bunny Employee app, you will have the ability to manage your availability. This allows you to communicate to your Manager when you cannot work.
When you submit availability, you are telling your Manager when you are unable to work. Employees can notify their manager in advance of the days when they are unavailable.
To submit unavailability:
Once your availability has been submitted, it will be reflected within the unavailability view and within the schedule.
If you are connected to a site, any unavailability that you enter for that site will be visible within the Busy Bunny Manager's app.
The repeat features allows you to communicate to your Manager when you have a recurring unavailability. Unavailability can be set to repeat at specific times and/or days for an extended period of time.
Example 1: You are unavailable from 9 am to 12 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for all of June, 2020
To create this recurrence:
Example 2: You are unable to work all day, every two weeks on Fridays for June, 2020.
