Your wage is how much money you make when you work.  Your hourly wage is how much you make per hour of work.  The ability to view wages, allows you to set goals, make plans and monitor earnings over any given period of time.  

Hourly Wage

Hourly wage is your hourly pay rate.

To set a wage for a site that you create within your account:

  1. Select the more options icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Settings 
  3. Select Wage
  4. Select any site listed within the Company* section to view, add or edit pay rates
  5. Select + New Hourly Wage 
  6. Add the following information:
    • Hourly Wage - This is the regular pay rate of the employee per hour
    • Start Date - This is the effective date of this pay rate 
    • This is particularly important during raises and pay rate changes since reports and calculations will use this date to give an accurate totals
  7. Select Save to save your entries 

Paid Breaks 

Paid breaks means that you are still paid for your time, even when you are on break.  This setting is automatically enabled when a new site is created within your account.  

To enable or disable paid breaks:  

  1. Select any site within your Company
  2. Select the icon to the right of Paid Breaks to:  
    •   Enable (turn on); or
    •  Disable  (turn off) 

  *You can view wage information for any sites you are connected to, as shown within the Joined Company section of the app, but you cannot edit them.  This applies to break rules (such as paid breaks) as well.
