Busy Bunny Employee is designed to make managing one or multiple schedules quick and easy.
In the event you work for an employer not currently using Busy Bunny Manager, that's ok! You can still create a schedule for that site by manually creating the site within your account. You can also join registered sites for access to schedule information that seamlessly integrates into your Busy Bunny Employee app.
Before you can create a schedule, you must first create (or join) a site to attach your schedule to. Click here for more information about Site Registration.
To create a schedule:
When scheduling a shift, totals will be reflected at the bottom based on the shift start and end time(s), along with additional details for the day.
Reflects the total time for the scheduled shifts
Reflects the total pay for the scheduled shift
Edit a Schedule
Keep in mind that schedules sent to you by managers using Busy Bunny Manager cannot be edited by you.
However, you can edit any schedule that you created yourself.
To edit a schedule previously created by you:
Important: If you are connected to a site that is using Busy Bunny Manager and the manager has enabled Employee Acceptance, scheduled shifts will be sent to you with a pending status until they are accepted by you within the Busy Bunny Employee app.
