Account Settings allow you to delete your account profile.   You will continue to enjoy unlimited access to Busy Bunny Employee as long as you have an active subscription.  If however, you delete your account, any additional reporting associated with your account will also be deleted.  

Accessing Account Settings 

You will be notified when you are nearing the end of your subscription so that you have plenty of time to renew and enjoy uninterrupted access to Busy Bunny Manager

To view, renew or extend your subscription:  

  1. Select the more options icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select   Settings 
  3. Select Account
  4. Select Delete Account to delete your account
    • Keep in mind that this is a permanent action that cannot be undone
    • Any data associated with your account will be deleted and you will need to create another account to register again
  5. Select Delete Account again to confirm your selection 
  6. You will be asked to enter your email address and password to verify account identity 
  7. Select Delete Account a final time to confirm
  8. Your account will be deleted and you will be redirected to the login/registration page 

 In the event you change your mobile device (we support iOS and Android), simply click Restore Subscription at the bottom of the account subscription page to restore your account details on the new device.
