The Ticket Details report allows you to view ticket details for customer transactions.  

Ticket Details Report

The ability to view ticket details allows business owners to further analyze and/or investigate any transaction that occurs in their store.

  Note:  This report will not be listed as an available report within the reports section of the app.  This report is only accessible where daily net sales totals are clickable (e.g. Dashboard, Calendar View, Daily Sales report).  When viewing daily net sales details a link to the Ticket Details Report will be visible (example below).



Accessing the Report

To run the Ticket Details report:

  1. Select  Ticket Details where visible when selecting a daily net sales total; or from within  Sales Reports  
    • Tickets will be downloaded for the selected day 
    • Ticket numbers, time of transaction and transaction totals will be shown
  2. Within the report, select the location icon  to select a different site to view
  3. Select the calendar icon  to change the date(s)
  4. Select the export icon   to export the report to a .csv file or to save it as a PDF
  5. Select any ticket number within the report to access transaction details
  6. Select Close to close the ticket
  7. Select any additional tickets you wish to view details for


  Remember, this report is only accessible where daily net sales totals can be clicked.
