  Other Reports

This section will provide a description of each report currently available within the Other reports section of the Pegasus Reports application.  

  • Select the calendar iconwithin any of our reports to adjust date ranges  
  • Select the refresh icon  within any of our reports to refresh your data  
  • Select the export icon    where available to export the report to a .csv file or to save it as PDF  

 Pegasus is real-time so why does it need a Refresh icon?  Pegasus reflects data in real-time.  However, this requires that the app is open and continuously running in the background of your device in order to report it.  

In the event you opt to close the app when you are not using it, we have set thresholds that allow us to grab not only real-time data, but also a large range of date each time you access the app.  

The refresh icon allows you to populate any potential gaps in data as a result of not having accessed the app for an extended period of time.  It is also helpful when viewing historical information for larger date ranges.   

Refunds

The Refunds report allows you to view refunds by Day, Week or Month for the date range selected.  You will also be able to view comps for the prior year against your totals.

Discounts & Promotions

The Discounts & Promotions report allows you to view discount and promotions quantities and totals by day, for the date range selected.  

Tender Type

The Tender Type report provides an aggregated view of your tender type breakdown for the date range selected.  

Order Mode

The Order Mode report provides an aggregated view of your order mode breakdown for the date range selected.  

Voids

The Voids report allows you to view void quantities and totals by day, for the date range selected.  

No Sale

The No Sale report allows you to view no sale quantities by day, for the date range selected.  

Clears

The Clears report allows you to view cleared quantities by day, for the date range selected.
