Employee Schedules Visibility
With this feature enabled, the employee will have the option to toggle between their individual schedule and the site schedule, which shows all schedules, by day, for the selected date range.
Visibility to all schedules allows an employee to be more proactive in managing potential schedule disruptions by seeing who may or may not be available to help cover a shift.
This document will illustrate how to enable the setting and what the employee will see within the Busy Bunny Employee app.

Enabling Employee Schedule Visibility
To make all employee schedules visible to the entire team:
- Select the more options icon
in the bottom navigation
- Select
Store Management
- Select
- Select a site you wish to view or edit settings for
- Select the icon to the right of All Employee Schedules Visible to change this setting
Disabled
Enabled
- Once enabled, all finalized schedules will be visible to employees using the Busy Bunny Employee app
Employee Experience
With this feature enabled, the employee will have the option to toggle between their schedule and the site schedule, which shows all schedules, by day, for the selected date range.
Note that only names and shift schedule times will be shown. No additional employee information will be visible to the team.
