A schedule contains the days per week and defines the specific hours per day that an employee is expected to be at work. There may be times that you need to make changes to an employee's schedule:
Regardless of the reason for the change, Busy Bunny Manager allows a Manager to make changes to schedules at any time.
There are two important distinctions to be aware of when making edits. If you are making edits to a schedule that has not yet taken place, you are editing the schedule. If an employee has already started a scheduled shift, you must make edits to their time card.
Remember, you can create schedules and save them without finalizing (sharing) them. This will allow you to edit schedules multiple times before finalizing and may help to minimize the number of edits that need to be made in the future.
To make edits to a schedule:
If Employee Acceptance is enabled, changes to the schedule or time card will require your employee's acceptance.
You can also make edits to employee schedules via the Schedule Report within the Reports section of the application. To make edits from the report, simply select an employee from the report and then edit to make your changes.
