The Files section of POS Vault allows you to view all files that have been uploaded into POS Vault, from the first upload to the most current.

These files can be viewed, downloaded or deleted at any time.  

  Remember:  The population of data in the available reports is based off of the data that you upload into POS Vault for your store(s). Data must be uploaded at least once for reports to populate.  Click here for more on uploading data.  

Accessing Files

To access uploaded Files:

  1. Select  Files within the site navigation panel 
  2. Select a file category:
    • Sales; or
    • Timecards 



  3. Uploaded files will be displayed in order of upload date



  4. Select the store name  within the top right navigation to select a different store (if applicable)
  5. Select a header to sort by by: 
    • File Name;
    • Size; or 
    • Date (uploaded) 
  6. Select the  download icon to the left a file to download it to your local device
  7. Select the  delete icon to delete the file 
    • You will be asked to confirm your selection



    • After confirming your selection, you will receive a confirmation and the file will be removed from POS Vaults 


  The deletion of files will not remove previously uploaded data from populated reports.  So, even if you delete a file, you will still have the ability to access and view reports based on what was uploaded in the past.
