Dashboard View
The POS Vault Dashboard provides a monthly view of sales totals along with a six month trend.
From the dashboard, you can select a date within the calendar to navigate directly to the upload options page for that store.
Dashboard Interaction
From the Dashboard:
- Select the store name to choose a different store (if applicable)
- Select an empty cell to upload data for that store, for the selected date
- Select the month navigation icons above the calendar to change the month showing
Populated Calendar Totals
Once data has been uploaded it will be immediately reflected within the calendar on the dashboard.
Select any day with populated data to view additional information.
Remember, only what is uploaded can be displayed within the available reports.
POS Vault Navigation
From any page within POS Vault, navigate to the following areas to:
Access Dashboard

Upload Data

View Files
View Reports
Access Admin Settings
Access Personal Settings
Access POS Vault Help Documents
Log Out
Expand or collapse the menu navigation by selecting the menu navigation icon.
