Based on customer use, we have comprised the following list of frequently asked questions regarding POS Vault.

Is my data secure?

YES. The data is store on a secure platform with encryption, security and dedicated resources.  You will also notice all transactions are over a secure network.

Is my data shared?

NO.  Per our terms of service, we strictly adhere to our "your data is your data" policy.  Therefore, it's for you and only you.  Never accessible, shared, sold or aggregated in any form.

I'm part of a franchise.  Is my data sent to corporate?

NO.  This is a simple but secure platform designed for the independent business owner, so what you save is only for you, regardless of the information saved.

Can I download my data?

YES.  The purpose of the solution is for you to save your data in a secure place that's also reportable, so you can always download the files that you've uploaded.

Can I delete all of my data?

YES.  If at any point you do not want your data on POS Vault, you can simply request to "purge" your data, which will permanently delete all of your data, including any back-ups.

Essentially, you can wipe out your data on POS Vault, at any time.  

Are there any hidden costs?

NO.  POS Vault provides its users with unrestricted access to all current and future features.  What the solution has, you get.
