Your "store" represents your place of business.  Whether you own a restaurant, laundry mat, gym, boutique, etc., any place of business you own can be set up as a unique store within POS Vault.  

This article will take you through the process of how to add stores to your account.

Store Management

POS Vault defines a "store" as the place of business and there is no limit to the number of stores you can create within your account.

Add a Store 

To add a store to your account:

  1. Select Admin from the navigation menu
  2. Select 
  3. Select the More tab  within the top navigation
  4. Select Add Store
  5. Enter the Store Name
  6. Select a POS from the drop down menu or disregard if you don't want to select one



  7. Select Save
    • You will be asked to confirm your choice 
    • The store will now appear within the Active Stores section of the Stores management page


    Delete a Store

    To delete a store from your account:

    1. Select Admin from the navigation menu
    2. Select My Store
    3. Select the store you wish to delete
    4. Select the settings icon in the upper navigation, and Delete Store



    5. You will be asked to confirm your choice
      • Once confirmed, the store will be removed from your account, along with any uploaded data
