Upload Files
The ability to upload sales data regardless of POS type means that you don't have to lose data when you make changes, because with POS Vault, you will always have an easy and direct way to store your data.
This article will provide you with a brief overview of the available options for uploading sales data into POS Vault.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED: Make sure that you have set up your store(s) within your POS Vault account. Without a store, you have have no place to upload your data to. Click here for more on Store Management.
Upload Files
When uploading data, you will be provided various options for entering that data into POS Vault.
To begin:
- Select
Upload Files within the navigation menu
- Select the site that you would like to upload sales for
- Select an upload option:
- Enter Daily Sales: Enter daily sales manually
- Upload Sales Summary - Oracle R & A: Upload multiple sales summary files generated from your Oracle R & A system
- Upload Time Card Report - Oracle R & A: Upload time card report generated from your Oracle R & A system
