Reports
Reports
This section will provide a description of each report currently available within POS Vault.
Within a report:
- Select the date dropdown option
to select a date range
- If you have more than store, select the store name
to select another store to view data for
Remember: The population of data in the available reports is based off of the data that you upload into POS Vault for your store(s).
Sales Report
The Sales report allows you to view sales by day for the date range selected, and includes Tax and Discount totals.
Product Mix
The Product Mix report provides an aggregated view of product mix sales totals for the date range selected.
Cash
The Cash report allows you to view cash sales totals by day for the date range selected.
Ticket Count
The Ticket Count report allows you to view ticket count totals by day, for the date range selected.
Returns
The Returns report allows you to view returns totals by day for the date range selected.
Voids
The Voids report allows you to view void amount totals by day for the date range selected.
Order Mode Report
The Order Mode report provides an aggregated view of sales and quantities by order mode for the date range selected.
Tender Type Report
The Order Mode report provides an aggregated view of sales and quantities by tender type for the date range selected.
Time Card Report
The Time Card report allows you to view clock in and clock times by employee for the date range selected.
