Personal Information & Security

Personal Information settings allow you to manage personal information, password information and biometric access to the app.

This article will illustrate how to establish these preferences.

 Personal Information

To navigate to Personal Information settings:

1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
2. Select  Personal/Security
3. Select a setting to view/change/enable it

 Personal Information

Click this setting to modify name, email address and phone number information.

 Change Password

Click this setting to change your password. You will be asked to re-enter your password information to confirm the change.  Passwords must be at least six characters long.

 Biometric Access

Enabling this feature allows you to log into your account using Fingerprint ID

Your device must support either Fingerprint ID to use this feature.

Once enabled, you can select the Fingerprint ID icon  in the login screen to log in using the biometric feature of your device.
