Unexpected issues can occur at any time.  Providing your employees with an easy and direct way to report those issues allows you to improve communication among your team and increase customer confidence in your ability to effectively resolve issues. 

Busy Bunny's Incident Management feature allows team members to easily report incidents that are communicated to management in real-time.  What makes the incident management so efficient is how easy it is for you and your employees to communicate issues through the solution. 


Accessing Incidents

  1. Select the incident icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Incident view defaults to current date.  Click the calendar icon  to change
  3. Select the location icon  to filter incidents by site
  4. Select an incident to view incident details
  5. Select + Add Comment to add additional details to a submission

  User Permissions - Who can:  

  • Report an incident - Managers / All Employees
  • Add comments to reported incidents -  Managers / All Employees 
  • Delete or edit reported incidents - Managers / Incident owners (employee that submitted the incident)
